Has VLC player a control panel (button for stop , pause , pregess , volume ...) to use it on full screen mode ?
(I use windows xp and the latest version of VLC )

Not yet. But soon.

I just installed VCL today and am looking to the same question.

I found a solution that's not ideal, but it works.

I use dutch language, so i hope that i use the correct words.

go to preference. interface and select show interface with mouse.

so than in full screen mode you go with your mouse to top of the screen and you get the buttons you need.

I have installed the WMP11 skin. and have it in top of the screen.

Now it works almost so if i want it.
