CONFIGURATION VLC - v4l

I need to configure vlc to execute with v4.
What's libraries that must be installed and configuration need?

please don't use capitals like that in your topic....

you need a v4l enabled kernel, and configure vlc with --enable-v4l

configuration v4l

What libraries you install? because I installed the libraries, mpeg2dec, ffmpeg and libdvbpsi3 and I configured with -- enable-v4l but it of the some errors when executing vlc.
What would be v4l enabled kernel?
