Possible to add text to stream

Hi!
I'm streaming a video using a webcam. Everything works fine using this superb software. However, I would like to add a text to the stream saying something like "Live video...".

I use the following string to start VLC:

start vlc dshow:// :dshow-vdev="USB-videoenhet" :dshow-adev="none" :dshow-size="640x480"

Is it possible to add / overlay a text string to the video?

...and the answer is...

Change settings for a title on live feed in vlc:
-Start VlC - Settings - Settings - Video - Subtitles - Enable Marquee display
-Start VlC - Settings - Settings - Video - Subtitles - Marquee - Make the text settings here

Problem solved.
