VLC can't plays a file from web

If I open the file from a file system it plays right, but when I open the same file from web server as http network stream, VLC plays only sound and no video. Other files play right (but issue I described bellow) from web and from hdd drive. Web server runs on the same computer locally.
And one more question, if I open files from web though the http protocol it says "This AVI file is broken. Seeking will not work correctly. ..." the same files open locally don't show an errors.
