VLC on iBook MacOS X

Hi
my iBook combo drive is set for region 1 and i'd like to view movies for region 1 & region 2.
I have installed VLC successfully but apparently i'm missing libdvdcss.
Can someone show me how/where to download it and also a way to install it (for a non unix expert)

libdvdcss is included in VLC. some macs can no longer decrypt DVD protection.
Don't use PMs for support questions.
