Having some trouble viewing a MPEG-TS file when using VLC. I can view the file using Elecard Player, GOM Player, Mplayer, Windows Media Player (with Elecard plugin). Here is the error message from VLC...
[00000301] logger interface: using logger...
libdvbpsi error (PSI decoder): TS duplicate (received 15, expected 0) for PID 0
[00000294] main playlist: nothing to play
Perhaps this is just a configuration problem? I have the file available if needed.

You could try re-muxing it into a different container format, for example Matroska (*.mkv). You can use te mkvmerge GUI in mkvtoolnix to do that.
