Batching saving streams

Postby Dsus4 » 14 Oct 2007 18:37

Hello there.

I have a rather large collection of WMV container files (call them ASXes if you'd like) that all point to different streams. I'd like to save each of the streams pointed to by the container files to my hard drive, but as far as my investigation has taken me, there appears not a way to do so without cycling through each stream file and saving manually through the GUI. It would be much more convenient for me if I could get VLC to save all the streams, without my having to configure the downloading of each one manually.

Can anyone shed some enlightenment on this matter?

Thanks,

If you want those to be different saved filenames, you can't, just write a batch script. :D
