I want to be able to setup VLC to serve a single source stream out to multiple unicast clients dynamically (without prior knowledge of the client IP). I've read in this forum ways to statically send out multiple streams using 'duplicate' on the cmd line but I'd have to know all their IP addresses up front.

I'm guessing it would be something related to RTSP or HTTP but I can't figure out the command structure to get it to work. In summary, can VLC act as a dynamic unicast stream server?
