Please Help,
As I am a fond user of VLC on my computer I would love to have the same joys on my black berry pearl. I can not match my operating system to any listed. Here is my specs so maybe someone can help. Download VLC
Select your operating system to download VLC binaries:
· Windows
· Mac OS X
· BeOS
· Debian GNU/Linux
· Ubuntu Linux
· Mandriva Linux
· Fedora Core

· Red Hat Linux
· Slackware Linux
· ALT Linux
· YOPY/Linupy

For the other operating systems supported, there are no precompiled binaries. You will have to get the source code for VLC and its required libraries and build them yourself:
· NetBSD
· OpenBSD
· FreeBSD
· Solaris
· QNX
· Gentoo Linux
· Crux Linux


Please keep in mind that I am a novice user. Please Help!!!!!!!

You have a Mobile platform, VLC is not supported. Also RIM handsets do not support Video Streaming, so if this is important for you return it and pick up a better handset.

Blackberry does support streaming with Platform OS 4.5.
