on my PB 15'' 1Go X.3.5 + VLC 7.0.2 test 2: the intro of the dvd is fine. plays with A52.
then the movie starts: no sound, sound format is 'unknown(IPCM)' can anyone help??

first you need decoder plugin_a52, then plugin_aout_directx,
depend on your device may be need some filter such as plugin_a52tofloat32 , then audio mixer module "trivial_mixer"
and module "ugly_resampler"
after all these module have been load you should hear the sound
