[OSX] VLC 0.7.0-test1 does not play nice with power saving

Hi all,

I've noticed that VLC is interfering with Power Saving on my laptop. When VLC is running, my laptop does not go into power saving even though I'm not playing a file. Also, when you pause a video, VLC should allow power saving to kick in... but it does not. Only time a player should disallow power saving to kick in is when video file is playing. All other media players honor this so I'm hoping VLC will as well. Sometimes I forget to quit VLC and I find my laptop battery half drained...
