Transcode - Changing PCR interval

Hi,

Is it possible to transcode a TS file to change the PCR interval but keep all other PID's/streams intact?

F.ex. I have a TS file with PCR intervel 40ms I want to remux this with PCR interval at, say 20ms.

I somehow managed to do this but VLC seemed to drop the SDT tables and some other PIDs, so I wan't no PID's to be dropped. Possible?
