never fix broken AVI Index option?

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

Is this possible?

never fix broken AVI Index option?

Postby jalla2000 » 11 May 2007 15:19

I am downloading files via FTP and therefore I can play the files before they are finished downloading. But I always have to answer "No" to the popup saying "This AVI file is broken. Seeking will not work correctly. Do you want to try to repair it (this might take a long time)?"

Is there any way to disable this message? I want VLC to NEVER try to repair it.

(I tried checking "Be silent" under interface settings, same same)

If you want an answer to your question, just be specific and precise. Don't use Private Messages.

Nice! How? If it's in the next version, I guess I must just wait...
