how do i convert random videos i download, (mainly music videos) so i can view them on windows media player?

There's no need to convert them, just download the codecs used to create them.

depends on what u have downlaoded ...

in general, get the right codec for your video files....but I don't think u like this answer ...

If you choose DivX 3 and MP3 for the audio in a ASF container it will show up as MPEG43 with MP3 audio in WMP natively, without downloading or installing anything.

But how to you convert VLC files into Windows Media Player if your wondering why i want to do this it is because im makin a nba mix but the clips i have downloaded are vlc and i want to put them on windows media player so i can put it on windows movie maker
