Is there a way to get the old skin? I mean the standard one of the last versions (0.7.2 not included)?!

if you mean the old skins interface, run vlc with -I skins, if you mean the wxwindows interface, run it with -I wx. And on windows, you can switch the interface from the popup menu (between skins, skins2 and wxwindows)
