Hi folks,

is there a way to specify a start and end offset so the leading (e.g.) 90 seconds and the last (e.g.) 60 seconds will be skipped by default.

Haven't found anything according but i guess the feature exists, since it is so usefull :D

cheers

--start-time 90 will skip the first 90 seconds.
You also have --stop-time but that's not what you're looking for. (unless you compute the time you want it to end at yourself)

Try using an editor, like Avidemux.

thx 4 the replies guys.

can start-time be set to a default value somewhere in the gui?

Where would i have to check if there is already a feature request for a --stop-time-??? option which defines the seconds before end instead of play time from start?
And if can find none where would i request such a feature?

cheers
