How do I play Flash content?

How do I play Flash content?

All I want to do is open the stream on this site with VLC. Can anyone help me?

These are a series of still pictures. Not possible with VLC.

No, it is the live cam that I'm talking about. It's a Flash Player and I just don't know how to find the source info. Anyone?

I don't know, where the problem is. I think you need this URL http://66.181.0.70:80/still?cam=0&camlabel= for you VLC, right? 8) The = is really the last character in the URL. There is no value after this.
