i have a vlc windows client with a connected Webcam. I stream the data to a linux vlc. MPEG TS and Codec mp4v.
When i forward it to another Windows client it works fine.
Now i don't want to stream the video to another client, i want to save it in an .avi file on the linux server.
I tried several commands with --sout '#transcode....
but i couldn't get it to run.
Who could help me?
