playlist setting per playlist

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to set up a particular playlist behavior per playlist. Let me explain via an exemple :

1 I have a playlist with a bunch of rtsp streams (TV channels).
2 I have a playlist with music on my hard drive

I like to have certain playlist options for the TV playlist, like e.g. "Repeat current item" because I sometimes lose the connection to the stream. This option thus allows an automatic connection to the stream without my manual intervention.

For the 2nd playlist, I like to play music files randomly + I loop the whole playlist, not only the current item being played.


So, there are at least to different playlist setups but it seems to me that the playlist option configuration applies to all playlists without the possibility to make particular setups per playlist.

Would that be a good idea to implement such a feature if not already included in VLC ?
