MP4 video converted to h264 & mp3 has no sound

Hi,

I try to convert a MP4 video to h264 & mp3 codec profile, as below:



But the converted video can be played in Windows 11 with both video and audio. However, when I copy it to Win 7 with Windows Media Player to play it, I can only see video, no audio. But I think mp3 codec is supported in Windows Media Player.

I also tried on Windows 10 Movies and TV, but still only video, no audio. Why?
