Automatic Pause Between Audio Files

Hey! I run a radio station and I am wondering if there is a way to AUTOMATICALLY enact a 1 second pause between audio files? It wouldn't work if it was a manual operation. Is there a plug-in or option I can toggle? Thanks in advance!
