I would like to know what is the name of the interface used in VLC Media Player used on Windows and Android?

I noticed that over a month ago the interface design of VLC Media Player for Android beta was improved and changed a little, I would like to know if it is the "Qt" interface or another?

I would also like to know what is the name of the interface of VLC 3.0.21 and VLC 4.0?

If the Qt graphical interface in the latest stable version and performance improvements can possibly be added, a more modern interface theme can also be added with less use of CPU, GPU, disk and RAM memory, thus being able to spend less percentage of usage of the system and more stability when playing audio, videos and streaming?

Yes, it is Qt.

VLC uses Qt on desktop only (and even then, not on MacOS).
