VLC is not allowing to download subtitles from Open Subtitles

Hello guys i have a big concern here..i just realised some days ago, Open Subtitles are blocking to upload subtitles from VLC unless you become a VIP member???

How come..

Any one with a solution?? Please

FYI, the problem was fixed. No update to VLC is necessary.
