OK, I'm not looking for anyone to tell me how to do it, I can do my own research once this question has been asked - just trying to save my valuable time and effort.
I have an ELGATO Stream Deck, and I'd like to be able to use it to play video files from a single button press. I'm pretty certain the Stream Deck can issue any command line you program into it.
I need to direct the videos specifically to Monitor 2, overlaying what is currently showing on that monitor (This is Windows 10), AND to make it full screen, with no Forward/Back, Play/Pause and progress ribbon, in other words, a "Clean" output.
At the end of the video, the previous screen on Monitor 2 should be restored.
If someone can tell me categorically that this can be done, I'll be a happy bunny.

Having gone some way to getting this to work... although not fully satisfying my needs, I find that I am struggling to grasp the various components of the "command line" and how to put it all together. I'm getting there, but it is a slow and painful process.
Just had the thought that if somebody wrote an app. to "build" command lines from a Q&A dialog, then that would be a great way forward. It probably needn't go too deep, just basic stuff would satisfy the needs of the inexperienced. More advanced command lines are probably well understood by those needing them.
An idea for an enterprising individual or team perhaps ?
