Hello,

My DVR Downloads the footage using H265x files, I can't seem to make it run on VLC although I've tried couple things on youtube/made sure it's fully up to date.

Any suggestions?

Yep I've seen that thread before posting this, it was wayy too complicated for me to understand where to begin and how to do any of that.

Anyway for anyone want an alternative solution: I've found out that I can change my DVR Settings to save video files as .avi instead of H265 (When you download playback recordings), so now it's saved as H264 and it just opens normally without me having to do anything.
