No Video from Amcrest ASH41-W Camera

I have an Amcrest ASH41-W camera on Windows 11. VLC is 3.0.18 Ventari. I try to connect to the camera with rtsp://192.168.1.160. I get the login and password entry form for the camera. I get the error message that VLC can't connect. The log shows the following. I have tried VLC on 3 different PCs. Same results. One PC had Windows 10 installed.

I can connect to the camera with Amcrest's apps on the PC and on my android phone.
