Lua HTTP interface not available

Dear Developers,

When entering a "Source directory", the Lua HTTP interface only responds with empty pages.
I think this is a bug. Probably it has to do with the fact, that my home-directory is a soft-link!

Version: 3.0.16 Vetinari (Linux Mint)
Settings / interface / Main Interfaces /Lua:
Lua interface: http
Lua HTTP / Password: vlc
Lua HTTP / Source directory: /home/mtmayr
Lua HTTP / Directory index: Checked

Verify with: http://:vlc@localhost:8080/requests/status.xml
(you need to restart VLC on every config change)

When "Source directory" is empty -> stats show up, when "Source directory" is "/home/mtmayr" only an empty page with "Videolan" shows up.
