Pause between songs

Hello everybody!

I'm new as a member of this forum but for many years excited user of VLC - thank all of you who help to make VLC and to make it even better!!

From beginning I was looking for a special setting in order to get an automatic pause between every song in a playlist or when playing folders. I know it's possible to copy an empty file after each title but that is not practicable for a hugh list of songs and above all when playing in shuffle-mode.
I'm thinking of something like a plugin that pauses playback after each file and then resumes automatically. For my first mp3-files I used Winamp in the nineteens. There was a plugin named 'pause between songs'. Is there any function like this available for VLC (Windows and Android)?
This would make VLC perfect for me!

Thanks for all of your ideas!

Have a nice weenkend - ruby7

But I'm not sure if it's working on Android.

And I don't whant to pause song by mouseclick but automatically after each song.

Ah, sorry, wrong post. I talked about the Plugin https://github.com/nurupo/vlc-pause-click-plugin#usage that I found in another forum.
But your idea does not treally help, too. I cannot change thousands of folders with songs.

I hoped that there could be a plugin that pauses after each title and resumes after a few seconds.
