anwyways on the internet archive i got a BUP, IFO and VOB file of "new superhero" DVD [lazytown]. however i'm in region 4 and region 1 nickelodeon released the DVD. so does anyone know how to change region in vlc? thanks and hi

AFAIK there is no region setting for DVD in VLC. The DVD region is managed by your DVD drive and/or your OS.

Weren't you allowed to do that back in 2008??
