Stream and Download YouTube video not working.

First off, I am on a Windows 10 PC and using VLC version 3.0.12 Vetinari
I used to be able to copy a YouTube URL and paste it into...
Open Network Stream > Network
But am now immediately getting an Error popup that will not go away. In fact, even when I close the Network Error Popup it keeps popping up again and again. The only way to stop it is to completely close VLC.
