How to remove permanent title name when saving a playlist

When I am saving a playlist, a title I used previously always appears in the title box. This is annoying. How do I permanently remove this title so when saving a playlist the box is blank? Thank you.

I mean M3U or XSPF ?

Sorry for the delay in answering your question. The default is XSPF. No matter what I'm saving, it always has the title name from a playlist I saved months ago.

Edit the <title> value inside the playlist file then ?
