Broadcasting HLS/HTTP/VLC/OBS

I need some tool to do-

choose some video files mkv/mp4
select them randomly(mandatory)
stream on http progressive or rtsp or rtp or hls
Obs- obs did it but it requires more cpu, and must rewrite them into m3u8
vlc- I can make it via vlc vlm tool,but it(or me) cannot change video, only plays the first file

Can you help me to make this work via vlc
