Problems Streaming Youtube Content Regular HD and 4k Content

This is going to be long and complicated. Because I have troubleshooted my butt off, and made most discoveries on my own, with looking through a bunch of forums for help. I have had some successes and some non successes. I am looking at the non successes. So here we go.
I cannot stream youtube videos downloaded from the Internet. Youtube.com, etc. If I try to stream from my phone to a TCL TV, Chrome cast, Fire stick, (Including the newest 4k max), and it will play for like 5 seconds and then bounce back to the previous screen. This happens on multiple Smart TV's and dumb tv's if using Fire stick or chrome cast. Basically no dice. I have tried on Android, IOS Iphone, and Ipad using Airplay, it does the exact same thing, except bounce back to airplay screen after about the same amount of time. We have tried to hook up a Windows 10 laptop using HDMI direct connection and same thing using VLC, and other media players, such as Tubi, Play_on and other types of players. Including media player on Samsung TV. Same thing.
Here is what I figured out. If you turn off AirPlay on the TCL TV, and especially the Samsung TV. Tubi, and Play_on, we can stream to the Samsung TV or mobile devices. But it is choppy. BUT It is because the Computer where I have them stored is a Dual core, and cant handle it. I accept that, and can improve on that in the future. But it does not kick out and go to the previous screen on the Samsung Tv. Now here is what Works. I have tested this on two different tv's and it works. If I just turn on Media Sharing through Windows 10, and go to browse, the Samsung Tv will find the media server. I get to the folder I want to play, and it works perfectly. No stutters, no slip ups, no going back to the previous screen. The other scenario is when you direct connect from a Windows 10 laptop to a NON Smart TV and it will play without any issues. Such as a 2nd Monitor situation. Works fine. This is using VLC or any other media player. So there are the successes.
So I am looking for a solution to the main living room TV. Which is the TCL with the Firestick so we can play videos as a family. Along with other purchased media. Before the beginning of the new year, this all worked fine and I could cast to chromecast and Firestick with no issues. So something has changed. Not sure if it is a youtube or other type of DRM protection. OH and another tip. Youtube app itself is just dead on all devices. Firestick, Chromecast, TCL TV, Samsung TV's. You try to load it immediately kicks out even with its own content. try to play their content and it kicks back to the main screen.
Any help or suggestions would be very helpful. I know this was long, and it's full of information. I hope there is an answer.
Thank you for all your help and suggestions.
