How to go to a specific time? e.g., minute 10 second 22

Apologies if this is such a newbie question.

How can I go to a specific time into a MP4 file. For example, I may want to go to 10:22 to cut/trim the file so that I can insert a new segment.

In the top menu: Playback > Jump to Specific Time (or Ctrl+t).
