Is there a way to get rid of the Internet section in the playlist? The thing that says Free Music Charts, ICast Stream Directory, Icecast Radio Directy etc. I don't need them and they download things without my permission.

There is no way to remove this section. If you don't click on it, nothing will be downloaded.
