Manjaro system Linux xfse x64 and Windows 10.
Playback occurs at a speed of 50 klb while my internet speed is 50-60 mbps. I checked on many videos I repeatedly started the video again, the effect is zero speed 50 klb. It feels like YouTube itself cuts the speed. This happens both in Linux and Windows. Can I find out what happened ?

Yep, looks like Youtube is starting to throttle the bandwidth of third party tools:

youtube-dl isn't being actively maintained. This is a fixed issue in the spiritual successor to youtube-dl, yt-dlp
Thanks for the answer. They write that this is an application problem and there is a replacement. Where can I write to make vlc switch to another application ?
