PGS subtitle placement

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if there was the possibility of extrapolating (in a file for example) and somehow importing the information on the positioning of PGS subtitles.
I explain what I would like to do, I have a video with bluray subtitles (PGS) that I would like to move further down than "X", I know I can change the settings, but the next video I play does not necessarily have too high subtitles. so I should always remember to undo the subtitle shift variation, and update them from time to time for each video.
so I was wondering if it was possible to create a file maybe to add to the video file, which vlc reads and knows that the subs must be moved by X to that video, or some alternative solution.
I thanks

PGS provides canvas area and placement. This is binary format, it behaves as an overlay.
This displays as authored by maker, unless you're using it with a smaller video.

ye i know but if i modify the setting on VLC, under force placement position and i insert -100px (for exemple) it work good.
this is the file metadata file
ID : 5
Formato : PGS
Modo muxing : zlib
ID codec : S_HDMV/PGS
and i use .MKV container so i can add more files.
i wanna know if can add setting VLC file on .MKV file, or some other file that work on some way. impossible to do?
