Wheir can i find codecs fore the ts.file fore VLC ;version : 3.0.16

I'm not sure to understand what you want.
If you want to know which codec is used in a TS file, then open the menu Tools -> Codec Information ; or just hit Ctrl+J
Most used formats in a TS file are MPEG-2, H.264 and HEVC and VLC is able to play all of them.
But your TS file might be encrypted, in this case VLC can't play it.
