Watching streaming TV sometimes changes channel name to Service

I've just got into watching international TV via going to Media > Open Network Strem > and entering a network URL to load an .xspf file to load a playlist. This gives me a list of channels but sometimes, when I'm watching a channel, VLC will rename it to "Service" in the playlist. Is there any way of stopping it from doing that? Thank you.

The name is specified by the channel (operator), so probably not something you can fix.
