When I want to convert a video adding hard subtitles to it I and in addition I want a black background (since the video already contains subtitles in another language) I have some troubles.
I I get every subtitle twice (over/under each other) or none at all.
I believe I tried almost all possible settings concerning subtitles
What might I be doing wrong?

How do you convert it?
