Head cut off??

All of a sudden the videos I have been playing have the head cut off of the musician I was filming? What happened? Iam 100% positive that is NOT how the video was taken and I've watched it before without this issue. Is there a way I can post it so you can see what I mean?

Thank you for your reply. How do I do that? Also as on opposite problem.....when I open some videos with this program it appears very small. When I open it through other apps it is normal size. Confused.

Reset the preferences and try again:

And please, STOP posting in the "Forum, Website and Artwork discussion" section of the forum. This section is obviously about Forum, Website and Artwork discussion and NOT about getting help.
Just stay on this thread, you don't need to open a new one especially in the wrong section of the forum.
