VLC 3.0.x unable to stream/render to LG TV webOS (DLNA)

Hi Everyone,
VLC 3.0.11 (lastest Windows x64 also tested with 3.0.6 and 3.0.4) is not displaying LG TV webOS as video renderer (DLNA).
I know LG TV webOS works as DLAN renderer to allow streaming pushed from Windows, as even Windows 7 via Explorer right-click menu "Play to" feature (basically Windows Media Player) can see LG TV webOS as DLNA renderer and streaming works just fine.
What is VLC missing here?
I hope this is something that can be worked out between all parties here.
Thanks,
PS: I posted the same to LG forum:
