no audio if playing MPEG TS from my DVB card

I'm have problem with vlc (0.8.2, 0.8.4, 0.8.4a), it is OS independent (tested in Linux and Windows).
MPEG TS is come from DVB-T card, it is recieving local terestial broadcast.
I'm stream thim TS over multicast network or store it in files, the problem is
still present, in other players(mplayer ffplay) it work.
