DVD: Better CHAPTER support

When playing a DVD TITLE, there is no indication as to which TITLE is being played.
More over, there is no direct indication of which CHAPTER is being played, which is inconvenient for concert DVD.
The timestamp tooltip that's shown when mouse hovering the time bar, could also say the chapter number.
Also PAGE UP / PAGE DOWN could go to previous chapter (or start of current chapter if elapsed time more than 2s) / next chapter.
We can also not display the length of CHAPTERs, neither in the Chapter drop down menu, nor in the time bar, by clicking it to switch between, for instance (like HI-FI CD players): total elapsed / total remaining / chapter elapsed / chapter remaining.
I don't have a Blu-ray drive, but maybe it's the same.
