how top keep facebook stream resolution quality?

im streaming a facebook stream use .mpd link

the first 10 seconds its looks good but after that it turn into 360p 8 bit idk it hurts my eyes

i try again and vlc keep forcing it to 144p

my internet very stable

or is there any part of the link that should be removed? like i remove some part (&ms=m_CN) to make the stream not stopped every seconds
