Hi,
I installed the latest version of VLC on both windows and GNU/linux and it has problem about opening big m3u files (10 MBytes). MPV works well with the same file on both OS.

Could you maybe be more specific??

If I open a big m3u files that contains several thousands of channel, VLC gets stuck and I have to manually close it.

Yes, this is a known issue.

can you share a large m3u, please?
