Cannot open m4v file

I'm not a techie...When I tried to open a video file I got an error msg:

VLC is unable to open the MRL 'file://?/I%3A/aaaNew%20F%20drive/SABnzbd/NotMyRip-Night-Gallery-Extra-Lost-Tales-from-Season-2-Die-Now-Pay-Later-Room-for-One-Less-Witches-Feast-Little-Girl-Lost/Night%20Gallery%20Extra%20-%20Lost%20Tales%20from%20Season%202%20-%20Die%20Now%20Pay%20Later%2C%20Room%20for%20One%20Less%2C%20Witches%60%20Feast%2C%20Little%20Girl%20Lost.m4v'. Check the log for details.
I don't have a clue what to do with this. Can someone kindly give me hand? Oh, and how do I attach a screen shot?
