4K youtube with more buffer space

So, it started with me trying to get more buffer on Youtube itself, but thats illegal I guess.

Then it led me to using this video player, but limits me to 720p like it's 2010.
Then I found a tutorial with a link to get links that doesn't work anymore.

So how?

Also I hate googling for tech related things anymore it will show you items from 2015 even when you type 2020 and tell it you want things from last year.
