Skip the DVD / Blu-Ray menu and play directly the video ?

Is there a way to skip the DVD menu or the Blu-ray menu of an ISO files or VIDEO_TS folders and play directly the video ?

you can open a file like "file://path/to/iso#1" (start on the title 1 in the iso)
