Convert/save rotates video by 90 degrees

I have a video which plays in the right orientation.

When I Convert/save the video it rotates it by 90 degrees. I make no changes to the settings.

Help!

Check Tools -> Effects and Filters -> Video Effects -> Geometry -> Rotate
